as for getting the prison population down from 85k to 3k. will never ever happen. unless they release all the nonces, rapists and murderers

well that wont be a problem if they start closing prisons down.

i would be fairly confident that there is at least 3000 british prisoners in foreign prisons, which the relevant authorities would  be only too happy to return 

besides - we cant even let one foreign prisoner out without everyone going nuts......or does Al Megrahi not count?
