Just received this email, I don't know what to do, as I don't bank with HSCB, should I immediately try and open an account, so that I can act on emails like this, or should I do what I normally do, and bin it?

Well you never know AA but $55,000,500 may have been paid into a HSBC account on your behalf....................!!! ::) ::) :D :D :D :D :D :D :D ;)

You can joke, but when I ran my business, checking my bank statement, £12,000,000 had been deposited!

Unfortunately, it was a bank error. :(

there are so many fisching scams around when i was with Aol for a free trial i had a message from aol and it looked perfect saying give account details e.t.c or at the end of the month i would be cut off, so i did nought since i only wanted to take advantage of the trial period thinking they would just cut me off, unfortunately it was a scam and i didn't get automatically cut off and ended up having to pay a months subscription! scammed me backwards!

You should have withdrawn a couple of £million & gambled it on red ..... you'd have had a 50 50 chance! A bit like Accused last night!!  :y  :y :y

Its ok I opened an account for you in your name today so you can respond to the email correctly,
just need you to deposit some cash in there to complete the transaction :D ;D

Been getting just the same e-mails for weeks now.
Had them HSBC & Natwest, i don't bank with either :-?

Delete is the only way.

If they look new to me I sometimes forward them to phishing@hsbc.com where they can look at the headers if they want and try to track them down.
