Most internet connections come with web space. Just get a copy of Filezilla and upload them.

yes but you hide your profile so no one can search for you and just use their webspace

Back on topic, Flickr have recently made it much easier to add pics to forums - as in they've included a 'please copy the BBCode for me' button now..
