2 Parsnips
2 Potatoes
1 large onion
1 large swede10 button mushrooms

Cooked slowly in large stew pot for 4 hours on the hob.  Add dumplings in the last 30 mins. of cooking.

Will last 3 days for one with top up's of tinned chopped tomato and tin of soup.

Yum, yum, yum!! :D :D :D :D

Not sure Pitchfork, but whichever it was they tasted good! :D :D :D ;)

just had a lovely plate of beef casserole with mashed tatties - she does OK with that stuff and (stews, mince n tatties, beans on toast, haggis etc) but leaves the fancy dishes to me :y
