I have a great deal of respect for Alan Sugar/Lord/Sir/Matey/whatever his title is.

Having worked in corporates for many years, I could enjoy working for someone as refreshing as he is. No billy bollocking around, no wank word bingo every day, no having to take blame for other people's cock-ups. Sheer bliss.

I will list the lucious Liz Locke.  Blondie doesn't float my boat, and the whining bitch gets on my nerves.

As to who will win...

The toff (chris?) - nah, shit his binfull now I reckon. Being a toff will only get you so far.
Blondie (stella?) - I thought she was toast this week, seeing as she had peed off the 2 people she went in with in the last couple of weeks. Always fancied her chances.
The Brand (knobhead?) - good speech this week, might be enough to see him through. Unless he opens his trap again.
Baldie (jamie?) - Another one I've thought would do well from the start.
Whiner (jo?) - She has to go. NOW. Useless, annoying, ugly cow.

I reckon its a straight race between Blondie and Baldie, but The Brand did pull one out of the hat...

And yes, it is reality TV, and yes, it is gay to watch. But then I've got a gayPhone, and had a Champayne Omega earlier this year....

...though in my defence, I think I watch it due to my respect for Alan Sugar.

TB - I'll slag it off and laugh at the ineptitude of the contestants, but I do watch it every week and Sugar tends to cut through all the bs to be fair :y

The "Harness me Lord Sugar" "I'm a field of ponies" speech by Baggs the Brand was perhaps the funniest thing on TV all year  ;D

the thing that bugs me the most about the show is the way it portrays business, now lets take a random task...say making bread rolls, now all they have to do is buy ingredients with the money the programme gives them, tout for business and then sell the rolls for a profit and they go into the boardroom and discuss who made the most money. now correct me if i'm wrong here, but all they had to pay for was ingredients, the bakery was free, the labour was free, the delivery costs were free, the heating, lighting, fuel, water, rent, council tax was all free....so lets be honest, under those conditions with literally no overheads a trained monkey would turn a profit  ;D ;D

But that is where they go wrong BJ ::) ::)  They do not work out the cost of the ingrediants, the price that has to be charged for the finished article to make 'X' profit.  PROFIT being the word I have seen them constantly forget / ignore, and yet that is the KEY objective of any business.  So many of them claim to have run their own successful businesses.........................!!!!  Oh yeah!! ::) ::) ::) ::)

How on earth they would manage with a full P & L account I just do not know! :P :P

Imo the programme is shite and Sugar is a dick. He is all about the public image these days. Believes his own publicity.
Afaik his "empire" consists of a bit of property speculating and developing these days. The programme gives the impression that his HQ is one of the tower blocks at Canary Wharf, when it is actually a rather tatty old gaff in Brentwood.
When he became a business guru for Brown in exchange for a peerage he became, for me, just another dodgy businessman who is willing to kiss the arse of moronic politicians to gain a certain social standing.
