It was a surprise that X-Factor actually came up with a decent song as a single this year, but when you listen to the two back to back there's just no comparison, Matt Cardle just sounds like a wailing baby compared to Simon Neil's. Exactly how Wagner described him  ;D

I love Biffy Clyro, be nice to see them get a bit of recognition for a great song :y

just had a load of Matts cds in at work . Must say that-from what little I have seen of him-given the right material for him , I think the guys not too bad at all. That said the Biffy Clyro original is much better. Oh, and I say that without prejudice as Ive not heard Clyro's before either. Much stronger vocal.

in fact I like the Biffy Clyro version so much  just figured out the tab (not too different from Lazyeye by siversun pickups in someways that Ive been figuring out for a mate). Always good to get aquainted with a new (or not so new!) band so cheers for the heads up guys. Dont know how Ive not heard of them before. Must be too much time at work...
