We had a creep at my work who was in the BB's(leader) he also took my wedding photos and two weeks after doing my wedding he left the council then the s**** hit the fan it was front page of the Sunday Mail his name was Ross McKinnon.
Its the thought he's taken photo's of my Kids and my friends kids. >:(
I'd love to supper glue his hands to a railway line it means he can't take photos again.
He's had many houses in the Falkirk District and is hounded out ever one of them.

These sicko's cause another problem in kids sports in as much as because of the publicity, genuine people shy away from taking up positions within kids activities. Which is why Cubs, Scouts, Football and other activities cannot get leaders.
I was a referee for a number of years for Berks and Bucks FA and gave a lot of time to sunday kids footy, and the Schools Football Association :y
I eventually became Referee Secretary for the large kids league here, and reffed usually 3 games each weekend.
I would not do it again, due to the suspicions that are now always present, and I know a number of others who agree with me.
Its a sick, sick world we live in :(
Chop their bits of !!!!!!! :y

It makes my blood boil that kids cant be left alone to be kids these days without the fear of these pervs wandering our streets.... only one sentence for this sort and thats a rope around a bloody tree, with a platform for them to fall through when the rope is attached around their necks

What makes you think there's any more of them around these days than in days gone by? They're in the media more, of course, but 50 years ago the media was very different..

Agreed  but as kids  we were taught to  never to speak to strangers  and if we ever did get into trouble we were to shout for help as load as we could as this wouldnt be ignored ,,, since the press have rammed it down our throats its made us scared to let out kids be kids and go off and do what they want to do where ever they chose

I'm glad we're on the same wavelength :) I don't think it's that there's any more pedos (or murderers, etc etc) out there these days - it's not them that's changed, necessarily, it's the rest of society around them..

Kids don't seem half as sensible, common sense has left the world, personal responsibility is dead, and we've all become incredibly paranoid (not just about this, but terrorism et al as well) :(

And to re-post something I said in another thread; man I'm being negative tonight.. I need to find some happy pills, stat!

I was talking to a friend just a bit older than me, and he related an occurance that happened here in 1945. The Army had a small camp a mile away, and one day my friend and two girls were walking home from our local school when an army truck pulled up and offered them a lift. The girls went, my friend declined. Later the girls were found raped and dead.......
So it still went on....difference....the culprit was topped !!! :y
