If these guys can organise a piss up in brewery then i`m the pope!!! I got removed as the telford stores security yesterday 2hrs into my shift as the temp assistant manger told my boss i was a security risk and useless at my job.....why you ask??? cause i found out about stock going missing and several thefts from the staff room that i was not told about and staff not being allowed to talk to me and me then being barred from the wharehouse,staffroom and back of shop....all of which are in my remit and assignment instructions to patrol...now i know the nature of the beast and that contracts do not last forever but to tell my boss i`m a security risk!! and that he thinks i may have stolen stock!!! which i have not  i held my head high and told my boss ok i`ll finish the shift and leave...but that was not to be instead i was told by a store colleague that i had to stand outside the store and watch the doors... so irang my boss who just said yep the prick is slagging you off to metropol security and has just said you threatened him  :-? so my boss just said go home and i`ll ring ya later....so at 8pm i got asked to goto tipton for 7am and sit on a building site for a 12 hr shift today..... Am i pissed off??? you betcha i am  i really want to punch this superstar but i`m afraid for my job and i`m afraid my boss will get rid of me cause of this.... methinks i`m looking at the dole again......

well i`ve had a long conversation with my boss and supervisor and theyare both standing by me and told me my job is safe and they will place me elsewhere in the new year or earlier if possible..... i even had a phone call off the old store manager who resigned last month telling me how sorry he was to hear of me leaving and has asked if i`m available through my company for the new company he works for in erdington..... so i`m a lot happier now i know my job aint in danger and i`m nice and toasty in this hut watching the snow fall..... i`ve got me bovril and jammie wagon wheels( still cant get used to being diabetic!! lol) So happy crimbo and new year to you guys and gals on OOF.......

yep i`m type 2 at the moment so i`m just about controlling it with tablets and diet but i still like a sweet item every now and then....much harder when your doing static work as you get bored between patrols....

my mum is type 2 what about sugar free sweets...they are sweet and you will not too many has they do have a some nasty side effects if you eat too many....(what goes in comes out if you catch my drift)

Yeah -- I discovered that one night on a long boring shift and the vending machine only had sugar free sweets

But they are expensive, and it is far better to limit yourself to eat small amounts of 'real' chocolate
