Although I agree help was needed, I believe much needed NHS finance was saved for those needing it more.

Wearing my other hat, the funds could be used to get him the help referred to on here :P

Anyway, I've always said straight razors are dangerous, Especially if your messing round wedding tackle,....All it takes is a sneeze.  :'(
