but its still ice cold out, my hands were absolutely freezing while i was out.   :(

i got some thermal gloves here but it looked nice out so didnt wear them. had me hands in pockets, not thinking of carrying 2 bags of shopping back with bare hands  ;D ;D

it  depends on humidity,  7 celcius with %95 humidity can be colder than 0 celcius with %5 humidity    ..

google wet bulb temperature, dry bulb temperature
