I'm amazed........
« on: 27 January 2011, 09:10:44 »

Just been into my local toolshop/general hardware shop where Im working in Potters Bar, London.

They have a large section of tools, rechargeable drills, chisels, screwdrivers, hammers, the whole nine yards for "ladies who are independant" in PINK!!!

And I mean really pink..........

Quite good quality too, but not for "professional" use, just light domestic.

Brill!!!

When you started talking about "pink tools" I thought you were going to say they had a "Rampant Rabbit" that, usefully, takes the same battery packs. ::)

I'm getting a strong urge to buy a 911  :-/

Are you, erm, how can I put this? of the same ilk as Graham Norton?

What about something a little more manly? Something handbuilt and British? Something that kicks sand in the faces of those feminine little Krout cars?

Porsche? TVR eats em for breakfast

I love to see a pink tool every now and again - I think we all should try one. :y

best ''home'' drill on the market is the bosch 14.4v. good price too. wood, plaster board, light concrete.

of course you'll need a hammer drill for heavier masonary drilling but dont everyone have two?  :D :D :D :D
