SWMBO and I went for a walk up a mountain today (we do that sort of thing now and again) and saw this lying on the top









Apparently an inexperienced amateur pilot flew into fog around Christmas time and hit the mountain top, flipping the plane over. He had to make his way down to some nearby houses to get help but only had minor injuries  :)

It must have been bloody freezing though, it was cold enough today and blowing a gale - someone's had the good sense to tie the plane down since then  ;D

Surprised the CAA haven't removed it for investigation though :-/

The delay at first was due to deep snow, which stopped even the farmers getting out with their quads, but it's all gone now so I don't know what the issue is now  :-?

they like easy options like .. hgv brake shoes being returned for surcharge credit while the returner is in the shop doing the paperwork..

my 205 drum i use for burning rubbish.

some kids bike on  paper round.
