Star Gazing
« on: 06 March 2011, 17:00:54 »

I know from conversations at some of the meets that a few members are interested astronomy, or would just like to know more about what's up there.
So here's Microsoft's virtual telescope http://www.worldwidetelescope.org/Home.aspx
Tis a freebie and runs in a webpage or you can install it and run from your computer then it downloads pictures of the solar system as you wish to view them.
(Extra instructions are availible for the technically challenged from Stoke). ;D

Installed very easily and looks good, I'll enjoy looking at that later in the evening.
