As the guy said near the end its reclaimed land so that kind of explains the movement , liquifaction or what ever its called .

Agree with Proz. Still never seen anything like it before. Interesting bit for me is much of Southampton is reclaimed land, similar could happen here I suppose.

as said its liquifaction, the ground water rises due to the vibration, and the top floats on it.

its common on a smaller scale here where machinary is running, on certain ground.
