Looks like a warning that there is a "riding for disabled" stables ahead, that specialises in allowing wheelchair bound disabled to enjoy carriage driving.

Eminently sensible IMHO

The bloke in the wheelchair looks like he's getting a good bounce in the back of that thing.
They want to sort the suspension out on that carriage for him.  ;) ;)

it called the secret nuclear bunker because when it was being built know who lived where it was being dug knew what was being built...it is actually a museum...its a bunker but it is set out how people would have had to live...very intresting place to visit :y

just keep on the road it really is easy to find but you have to go quite a way without a sign...really is intresting :y
