This is getting a bit silly. I can well understand why poeple are a bit miffed that they do not know what the situation is and it is frustrating for them to just be informed of a small titbit of news about someone who is so well liked on here.

Therefore, without revealing too much detail (and hoping that Richie doesn't mind) I feel I ought to say that he was the victim of an unprovoked and serious physical assault last night.

My thoughts are with him, especially after all he has been suffering of late.

hi folks.
i was walking home about 12pm saturday night when u reached the corner of my rd 2 africans from nowhere came at me from behind. 1 drop kicked me in the back, as i hit the deck the other one kicked me in the head. almost instantly a car stopped with 4 young kids in it and the 2 bolkes run off down kingston lane,next rd from me.i  have a severe stiff neck at the moment but i'm ok. i did go out the following night at midnight lookin about but the rd was empty.


as for waiting for surgery which i was due now the hospital put the admission request forms back in my file instead of faxed over to northwick park hospital.to be told 6 weeks ago i need urgent surgery there seems to be serious  negligence at the hosoital.. the same as 1987 resultung in 5 ops, 3 of which were emergencies. i seem to get a lot of bad luck in my life for some reason.

Sorry to hear that you were set upon, and glad that you are ok, but dont go out at midnight if you dont want to be attacked by Africans from nowhere
