watching it now.
I did feel some sympathy for the 'self harming' lad last week that had written himself off at the age of 29

I would have to drop my rubbish off at the dump on the way to work. If they refund my £1100 p.a. I will happily do without the services they provide me with. ;) :)

Watched a bit of it last week , too depressing for me but seen an intro on BBC Scotland news earlier for the return of a series at 10.35 tonight called " The Scheme " a fly on the wall insight to the tenents of a council estate in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire . Now that was blood curdlingly cringeworthy...... :o

Your refuse collection will be about 50p per week. Social services take the lion's share, followed by education, then you have parks & leisure services etc etc.  ;) ;) ;)

Two options......
1. They keep £100 of my £1100 towards the wages of the two blokes at the tip.
2. I chuck it in a skip on the industrial estate I go through on the way to work, the council charge a fortune to dump industrial waste.  :D ;D

it is sad though as a few of them don't need to be in prison..they need professional help...i.e hospital...just goes to show care in the community does not work :y
