Hope the leggies are recovering well, LJay.  Good on you for taking part.  its folks like you that help folks like (her and) me get on with things.

We already have committed substantially to assorted folks so, how about Liz and I treat you to a cuppa and a cream cake at the Lakes meet?  You need to keep your strength up for next year, after all....    :-*   :y

 I know it's a subject close to a lot of people's hearts, mine especially and something I live in fear of. :(
