I think it's far beyond that now son - there are few at Westminster with the inclination, skill or national concern to feel that pride in one's nation and a determination to put it first is the right thing to do and is not in the least xenophobic.

I wouldn’t trust that bastids as far as I could throw them – their track record of recent years speaks volumes as to why I should not.
