Sadly pretty high

There are a couple of streets in Hull that I won't let swmbo walk down on a evening for this reason

Normally, the local comunity closes ranks and spirits the offender away before the police can trace them

Alot of them are ilegal anyway

The local press ( I believe, but you try proving it ) are actively discourged from reporting it because it would cause unrest among the population of the city

And people moan and groan when groups like the BNP and the EDL get support
