I used to have a 1500GT when I was young, the engine had been tweeked and a Lotus rev counter in it, would pull around 9000 revs iirc.....Paid £50 for it, needed the bottom of the front wing pulling out and a new 1/4 bumper and was as good as gold, loved it. sold it on after 18 months for £250... Think that was in or around 1979.........
