dog guard load compartment barrier

Are these any good for my estate, its a cloth one that fits into roof at top and secures to rings on the load area ?  :-/

Works for me, the dog seems fine (although he is 10 ant cant be bothered anymore) and it JUST hold back luggage when loaded for a trip. I had a solid one in my Merc and it was better, but was real hard work to take out and store, this one just retracts into the load cover when not needed. My thought ;)
