Doesn't the adhesive mirror film crumple up as you line the reflector curves?

I did the Fiesta headlights in 3 pieces. Made paper templates first then stiff card ones, cut out the mirror sheet then carefully fitted it using a brand new yellow duster to push the air out as I went. This mirror sheet is quite soft, a bit like the clear sticky backed plastic of Blue Peter fame

i would get a other set from the scrappies or other.

Well you certainly make it sound easy.  8-)

Took me about an hour to cut the paper templates perfectly, then about another hour putting on the first side, 2nd one took just over an hour in total as I just turned the template over
