Daz came round and renewed the thermostat on my 2.5 the other day, renamed the b!!!tard bolt a few times, but did an excellent job.  If you want a good job doing he's your man.

daz also changed the gearbox on my vectra earlier this year, top work good bloke, and funnily enough he said my car was a b!!!tard to do a gearbox on lol  :y
