This looks like a "generic" car like they use on insurance or breakdown tv ads!!  A bit of old Vectra, old Mondeo and so on, with a nasty plastic-bonanza Vectra interior.
Nothing like the subtle class of our old boats!!

The best replacement for an Omega is the new Skoda Superb.  No really.  It was won countless awards and the fit and finish now waps Vauxhall.  Yes I know its a FWD...(!!)
Auto Express has run a saloon as a long termer and adore it-they have just given the newly launched estate the coveted five star rating (not many cars reviewed ever get this-even the new E class estate).

If you like your Omega, go and drive a Superb TDI 170CR Elegance with the DSG box and be amazed-it is along the same lines but bang up to date.
There's no need for any "I would not drive.... etc" this is a magnificent car and will shock anyone not knowledgable about modern Skodas.

Not sure how the complex Audi/VW mechanincals will last out, but they are all still under warranty!  Skoda wins the customer satisfaction tables a lot-manufacturer of the yer this year.

Please no vitriolic comments about insulting the Omega-not intended!!  I've driven loads of execs and had a new Superb on demo for a while-I would buy one today if I had the money; simply a fantastic car and reminds me how dated my Omega is now.... :y and far on it is from the "new" one on this thread  :y :y

Google Superb estate for pics..
