Been with AA for about 10 years, got them down to £64.50 this year for roadside assistance and relay.

It's good for me as it covers me in any vehicle I'm driving.

Always ring them up each year and say you can get better otherwise they will slap you with around £90+ for same service.

2 years ago I was 187 miles on a 200 mile run to Kent for the weekend, car died 13 miles from destination all the signs of head gasket, AA man said it was(thankfully only oil cooler) but despite their missdiagnosing the car they relayed me and the car to my destination then two days later picked me up and took me the wife, dog and car 200 miles home! well impressed. :y

After being with Green flag for a few years and receiving a renewal of £90 despite never calling them out, I checked around the review sites and found: http://www.icbreakdown.co.uk/ £29 for the same service. I've not used them yet to comment on how good/bad they are but I can't find anything bad written about them.
