Anyone ever tried to Nitrous their Omega?

Seeing as Ex Plods are so cheap and there is virtually no room for a turbo/Supercharger, plus they are almost disposable, how would a 3.0 V6 cope with a shot or two of giggle gas?

Anyone up for making a bargain lunatic Miggy with 350 BHP?

Yes
mine is running gas but its only a 2.0.  Im running about 75 hp of noz so est 200bhp out of a 2.0.  No real problems with the engine or clutch but it has busted an engine mount.

It is also about to come out and go into my 3.0 and rejet to 100 hp extra dont want to go higher as i want to keep the mv6 with out blowing it up.

Did you change it over.

You drag them up dont you :D :D

But no not yet.  What with price of insurance and still sorting other bits on the mv6 out i havn't got round to it yet.  Still got the kit so i will get around to it at some point..

Realistically, how much for a second hand NOS kit ?
Depends on whether you want a wet or dry system, but if you want to get even remotely close to the 350BHP the OP fancies then you'll have to spend a fair bit on the rest of the motor.

Have done 3.0 V6 essex and cologne FORD engines, makes a nice little bang!!

WIZARDS OF NOS are the boys to talk to.

*BEWARE*   nos refills are very expensive, and nos is addictive, you will want to race everything in sight for a while after fitting it, I used to chase porsches and exotic italia when I fitted mine in the granada 2.9 4x4 ex-plod....

There was a guy on the wizards forum that had NOS fitted to his Ferrari 355 and allthough in standard trim it was quicker than 95% of vehicles on the road he admitted going though a bottle a day just playing with it.

A family friend of ours (who is quite well known in the drag racing & kickboxing circles) got so fed up with emptying the bottle in his Vitesse SD1 that he ended up replacing it with a divers oxygen bottle.
