Yes you can, couple of guys have got them on here - dpends how much your willing to spend.  not cheap though.  I'm not sure if Iggy21uk has one :-/
I thinks it called ELM327 or similar

The ELM based readers won't give you any more than codes on the Omega.

The available code readers are described here Code Readers
