an 04/05 seat altea ticks most of the boxes. high seat, adjustable wheel, quite fun to drive (for a front drive low powered oil burner). granted not a v6/v8 omega,

but i know some people live in the real world. they are quite cheap new £12-15k. i ran one as a taxi for a couple of years, that managed 135k without it actually going bang.

paid £12.5k, sold for £2.5k. :-/ £3.5 should find a reasonable one. only group 6/7 insurance too.
