picked the elite up yesterday, going through the paper work i came across this ?

It's a cheap mod to increase the fuel mixture and give a little bit more power.......but not 20bhp I bet :y

its a con as mentioned and works as said above, but the engine ECU is no fool, and soon re-learns. You might as well invest your money in magic beans!
