I know it's a right faff on! IIRC you'll need a female torx socket for the headlight level sensor thing. Think the size was about 10mm not entirely sure though, Provided it's not caked on you can just use pliers held on tight.

:o :o You're not a spark are you? Sparks at work round off nuts & bolts with pliers when they can't find the proper tool!  ;) ;)
An 8mm ring spanner will probably fit. I don't know which size the bolt is you mean, but I know an 8mm ring spanner will fit a lot of the samller Torx bolts.  :y  :y

No well alot of home mechanics won't have such a large range of tools. I didn't have any female torx bits when i did mine so this worked fine, without rounding anything, as it wasn't on that tight.

I'm only pulling your leg. As said, an 8mm ring spanner fits the smaller Torx. It's worth buying a set of both male & female Torx  if you have a recent Vauxhall, they're full of them.  :y

I'm running out of room in my garage for tool boxes .... I've loads of tools that I've used at work, but am unlikey to use again. And I'm building up even more tools at work cos they supply them. 10mm conbination spanners seem to be reproducing themselves, I have 5 or 6 at work and about the same at home  :-?  :-?  :-?
