After re-alignment...
« on: 23 November 2010, 17:17:59 »

Visited wim yesterday and treated the "mig"to new boots  with wheel alignment.
There is a   better feel to the car, steering is more positive and i'm now breaking in a straight line ,no more numb fingers holding the wheel against the left pull on tramlining  surfaces.
Only one down side is that the tyres were inflated with "Nitrogen" .So do i check using normal air?

I think that the nitrogen is a air/nitrogen mix so using an air line will be ok, but some one will be along to confirm. Nitrogen filling means they should hold their pressure  longer and better. :y

Nitrogen is more stable with varying temp.  Air is 80% Nitrogen.

No issues with topping up with air, you just loose the (minimal) advantages of nitrogen.
