lighting issues

Morning, a mate has just bought a 06 signum auto it has a couple of issues. 1st one was the interior lights and heated seats didnt work. checked fuses no fuse in there I put one in all working now. The second problem has got us stumped when you turn on the ingnition the driving lights come on and will not turn off with the light switch. also sidelights/fogs dont work. all fuses ok. could this me the light switch cluster it self.. any help would be great.. :y

haven't they got canbus wiring?,any fault codes showing?

pull the fuse out that you replaced  :y

it may have been removed for a reason  :-/
