Strange Omega coincidence

How's this for odd?

I live just south of Lincoln & bought my Omega from a guy in Exmouth in Devon who had owned it for many years.

I went out in the Omega to do some errands earlier today and called into a small local country garage for petrol. It's also one of the smallest Vx dealers in the country.

I saw someone looking at the car as I was paying,  he then came over and spoke to me.

Turns out to be the salesman who sold the car in 1999 as a low mileage used car & he recognised it from their badge on the rear numberplate.

I got chatting to him & suggested that we look the car up on the system. This we did and I now have the date, mileage and price that the 2nd owner paid for the car! Vx were the first owner. Also, that 2nd owner was the guy I bought the car from!

So, hows about that for a result? Back home after 12 years away!

The world is full of coincidences ...........
