New SORN rules
« on: 18 May 2011, 20:37:37 »

I've just bought a cheap estate to use for a few weeks while I'm renovating a house, as it'll be more practical than my Mig.  So I'll switch my insurance to the estate.

Do the new SORN rules apply yet?

Apparently only needs to be insured if it isn't SORN according to that, if its taxed it must be insured, however they say they aren't sending out advisory notes until after end of June, so you might get away with it until then  :P

Pah! What a faff!!  >:(

It'll only be for about 4 weeks max, and you can be sure that if I SORN it I'll be well out of pocket tax wise!  >:( :(
