Me.

Follwoing a rather harrassing day of driving tuition, I came back to relax. I get a phone call from a certain forum member who shall be nameless. Did I have a spare crank sensor. Yes, as it happens I did and YES, he knew I did too. ;D So off to this un-named member in an un disclosed location.

So, when I got to Derby, laidback was sat in his car. 2 minutes later and he had fitted the sensor and all was well. now, one thing I will say is that if anyone ever wants to know how fit a crank sensor quickly, ask Dave!

Then off to the pub for a long overdue pint or two, then back home. Now, having got a tatse for alocohol I tried to remember where I had last seen some. Then it came to me in a blinding flash. JAMESV6 gave me a case of Carling last yer. It had to be in the shed. Under two plenums, one dis pack, 4 cam covers, 3 air con compressors, one Corsa steering column and two dead mice I found it GOLD!!!!!! 12 cans of Carling. Rusty yes, out of date yes, but still wet so that'll do me!

Then got up this morning with the mother of all sore throats and chesty cough. One mega cooked breakfast and then I can do the car at last. Except it is raining.

So, I will sort out my studio gear at last, but no. The box of mike leads is in the shed. Only trouble was, that now had two plenums............

Oh well, an interesting 24 hours at least.

And before anyone asks, I will NOT be disclosing who the laidback was or where in derby this was.
