Do I or Dont I - Veccy V6 Bumper Removal
« on: 22 July 2007, 11:09:57 »

Behind every solution with this car there are two problems....

flushing its radiator out is just not working - even the garden hose method - it must be clogged solid...anyway.....

Radiator removal is by way of removing bumper and many many other things and i`ve started this today.

And we have a problem..

"screws" that connect inner plastic wing to bumper under front arches are corroded beyond identity.....

Im thinking cut the plastic inner wings to release the bumper,

what price inner veccy b wings? and any better alternative methods?

( foorget penetrating fluid etc - the screws are well gone)

Can you drill the screws out? Got to be easier to fit new screws than plastic inner wings. I would have thought a flexible drill bit holder would be cheaper as well.
