Well, so far today, i have got the wheels wrapped and packed ready for courier to collect,   ripped the leather interior out of the car and got that ready for someone who is coming to collect it, and i have also re fitted an original police interior into it.

Not bad for 2 1/2 hours work. i think i will put the kettle on and then hunt round for the biscuits that got hidden when rumour broke loose i was on a diet for a few weeks!

My mate has a Plod Omega, IIRC he found out that blue lights on a car are OK (check out how many trucks are lit up like a fairground with blue lights) as long as they do not have the capability to flash.
Saying that, blue sidelights are an MOT fail as they have to be white.

and on that note, so are white LED side lights... was told it would fail the MOT as they are not white (hint of blue apparently.... jus like xenon headlights, of the LED sides on audi's???)  :-/ :-/ :-/

Simon, are you able to get hold of any other sun visor mounted tracker units? I'd like to put one in VTL and start the ball rolling on that. I'll put a post on PVEC, but thought you'd be the best guy to ask first  :y

Simon / Josh, are you PVEC or PCUK? Are either of you taking the 'projects' to Brooklands in May?

Just had my Miggy MOT'ed at Vauxhall Yesterday and mine is fitted with White/Blue tint Sidelight bulds, also Blue tint head light bulbs in the Projectors...

Vauxhall Masterfit PASSED the car with out a query  :y

So it must depend on if they are BLIND when testing or just don't care.
