as above i want rid of the whole car, not interested in breaking- no time no patience- big end popped outta bottom of the block so engine knackered

its a pre-facelift 1994 cdx 2.5 v6

£250 no offers as i can get that in scrap :y

damn i got ripped off then 940 estate fully loaded with scrap 2.7 ton in weight £156

you weigh the alloys seperately about £40, you sell the cats seperately about £60, and then weigh the car in which is about 100 a ton for scrap metal

though i was wondering if the block was ally as i might remove it and weigh that seperately as well

just checked with a friend and he has just told me that when it comes to cars they are only paying bout £50 a ton :-[

wouldnt have thought you would get £40 for alloys. thought they were about a fiver a piece tbh.

you might as well scrap it, 94 is not going to have many valuable gadgets, like HID's or Bose. After collection costs it would be very hard for a breaker to get their money back.
