remember also that the belt and tensioners should be changed every 40k miles or 4 years - whichever comes sooner ...

Its about a two hour job plus the bits which are

Cambelt kit 115 + Vat retail.

Its worth egtting the water pump chanegd at the same time....watch what they quote for this because its an extra 15 mins tops.

Water pump is about 30+vat retail.


so about 270-300 quid tops.
