Xenon Beam Pattern
« on: 06 November 2006, 19:39:49 »

Hi all,

My Omega has the Xenon headlights, and I have to say I am not that impressed with them.  My previous cars (Seat Leon, Jag S Type, Merc C Class) all had normal reflector head lights, this is my first car with Xenon's but I think the light and beam pattern on my previous cars have been much better than the Omega.

There are no error messages on the MID and you can see the lights adjust themselves when moving, I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to post a picture of the beam pattern of your Xenons so I can compare to mine.

Just for info my car has the Irmscher suspension so does sit lower, would that make a differnce?

Thanks in advance.

\___  \___

for RHD ones.

The is a euro setting the give a flat beam - adjustable levers as mentioned in Drivers Manual.

As with all HID headlights, make sure lenses are spotlessly clean, and the lenses are in good condition (more so than halogen)
