Exhaust drip - normal?
« on: 07 January 2007, 11:48:24 »

Started the car up from cold this morning after being garaged overnight.  (Last driven home yesterday 100 miles in the rain but totally dry today) and checking for fuel leaks I noticed this

Needless to say it's just clean water but if it's condensation from inside the pipe should I get it replaced?

My V6 has always done this with no significant problems. Looks like condensation where the cats join the mid sections. I wouldn't worry about it matey.

The video is not 100% clear, are you sure it's not a drip from your climate control? This would also be normal...there is a breather for it in that area I recall...

Mine does the same, worried me at first but doesn't appear to blow, I'd leave it unless it gets noisey.
