ECU

I think I might need a replacement ECU (see my other threads). Can I get one of those "superchips" instead. it that what they replace?

Paul.

The superchip replaces an existing chip inside the ECU - you need to provide the manufacturer with a working ECU in order to have the superchip installed.

Some upgrades are done by flashing the existing chip in the ECU rather than replacing it (later Omegas) - but you still need to have a working ECU for this...
