Hi all
New to this forum but looks like your all a helpfull bunch so i was wondering if it is possible to replace my standard display screen (only displays time temp and radio) for one from say an elite with the computer aspect to it, i realise that i would need to get a new stalk with the buttons on it but not sure if the connecters that i have will work on a different screen.  Any Ideas?

Yes, although you also need to add a load of sensors for oil level, coolant level, brake pads, washer level etc etc.  Or fool the screen into thinking these are OK....

Additionally, the MID may need programming to your car engine size etc...

sounds like a load of aggro, are all of these sensors present on all models or would i have to get hold of them and connect them up?

The sensors will not be fitted to base models.  The wiring possibly may be...
