Greasing Rear Sunblind?
« on: 28 April 2007, 19:39:13 »

I fitted the rear sunblind t'other week and it seems it could do with a little greasing as when it rolls down, it kind of shudders and also the drivers side comes down first. Its not a smooth operation at all when it does go down, so I were just wondering what to lubricate it with????

TIA

Jim

Go to hardware shop and buy some spray for nylon curtain rails, I think it is ptfe based.  Works well on the blinds, and doesn't attract debris like traditional lubricants.  Its want I use.
