A nutter of a test pilot .....he apparantly landed it using only 400m of runway once!

Very sad.

Also there are a few engineers I like, notably in the railway and aviation industries.

Car designers tend to be not that well known, (not stylists but the people who design the engines ect)

not quite engineering but had a conversation re our new marketing Director today...

He`s the man tht reinvented Volkswagon over the last decade...."if only everything in life was as reliable as a volkswagon"
