purge valve

could anybody tell where the small black plastic pipe that comes out of the top
of the purge valve fits onto , as ive just found it hanging

On the engine side, one of the two inner breather connections on the rear of the black plastic strip on the plenum.

had a good look to find where this pipe fits still i cant find
where it goes unless im looking and feeling in the wrong place
is there any pictures on here to guild me

just found out it not the purge valve
its the heater bypass valve

Neil the small pipe off the top of the HBV goes into the car to the heater, pretty sure if thats off heater shouldn't get hot.... :y
