Rear Blind
« on: 14 August 2007, 12:06:53 »

I'm going to change my rear blind at the weekend, I've read the "how to" & I'm just wondering if anything different needs to be done with the Bose amp being there?

Cheers.

when i wrote the how to i took the amp out at the same time as i wanted to have a look at it.

The worst bit is pulling the shelf out, it does required a hefty tug at times

Mine only came out after I'd had severe words with it! >:( It turned out that a bit of stray rear screen glue had glued the parcel shelf in too!  :o

Mine was the same too, only the glue/sealant was over about a third of the shelf & it took some almighty pulling to get it free.

It might be worth adding a note to the "how to" about this........
