white smoke when starting

hi when i start my car when its cold i get a bit of white smoke, it disappears almost instantly but its a bit alarming!
please dont tell me its expensive, :-? already replaced the exhaust and front discs & pads so far this month
its a 2.6 manual with 47k

if it disapears then i would say condensation but worst case scenario could be water getting into pots after switch off and burning off at startup, im sure more will comment

If it was oil running from the head past the valve stems and into the bores, that also burns off quickly at startup but tends to be a distinct blueish colour.

White smoke is either water or brake fluid.  Improbable that its brake fluid therefore condensation most likely.....   Nothing to cause undue concern, IMHO.   :y

Omegas do create a lot of condensation, so unless it is using coolant, I wouldn't worry.
