nice lady but keeps loosing her shoes

Hi Guys
Haven't been on the site for a few months' been working abroad. Bought another meega,last one dropped a couple of con rods on the M20.
This one is fine BUT I have put new tyers on the front and have worn one away after 2K miles. The steering pulses at 50 thro' 60accelerating and when braking 60 thro' 50. Presume somethings wrong! Any ideas?

Shoulder wear (inner or outer) is likely camber I would have thought, unless a manufacturing detect (less likely).
